Product Overview
The Blackout Curtain & Sheer Set combines a triple-woven black yarn blackout layer with a faux linen or polyester face fabric, delivering a 85%-100% blackout rate that effectively blocks harsh sunlight and UV rays while reducing indoor temperature fluctuation for improved sleep and meeting comfort. The sheer layer is woven from polyester leno or chenille yarn, allowing soft daylight in without compromising privacy. All fabrics meet OEKO-TEX, CE, and B1 fire-retardant standards, satisfying the fire safety requirements of hotels and public spaces.
Hangdong supports flexible customization across fabric, blackout rate, width (140-300cm), color, pattern, and fire rating, backed by stable monthly capacity and integrated embroidery, printing, and jacquard production lines. The factory reliably handles bulk supply for hotel guestrooms, office buildings, and apartment fit-out projects, with a standard lead time of 30-45 days. Full IQC/IPQC/FQC quality control ensures consistent color fastness, fabric weight, and blackout performance.
Application Scenarios
This curtain set is widely used in star-rated hotel guestrooms, office meeting rooms, home living and bedroom spaces, and apartment fit-out projects. In hotel guestrooms, the high blackout rate and B1 fire-retardant rating safeguard both guest sleep quality and fire code compliance. In office meeting rooms, it controls projection lighting and supports sound insulation. For home living and bedroom spaces, the dual-layer sheer-plus-blackout combination enables flexible switching between daytime daylighting and nighttime shading, making it a preferred choice for both project bulk supply and retail channels.
