Hangdong operates an integrated production line covering embroidery, printing, jacquard, and finished-goods sewing, supporting flexible customization across fabric, craft, filling, size (35x35 / 45x45 / 50x30cm), color, and LOGO. With stable monthly capacity and a standard lead time of 25-35 days, the factory runs full-process quality control from fabric IQC and embroidery first-article approval through to finished FQC sampling, ensuring embroidery precision, color consistency, and sewing strength.
